This is how you grant the automatic direct debit authorization.

Follow the instructions to complete your registration. To set up your business direct debit authorization, simply follow the steps provided by your bank. You can find the detailed instructions below. Once completed, your authorization will be successfully processed.

Authorization Signing Instructions

Instructions for Knab:

  • Open the attached PDF file with the SEPA form.
  • Use the information from the SEPA form to set up the authorization with Knab.
  • Log in to Knab online banking on your computer.
  • You will see 5 categories; choose ‘Business Direct Debit Registration’.
  • Select the relevant account number and click on ‘Ongoing’.
  • Enter the details as listed on the SEPA form.
  • Confirm using your Knab app: log in to your Knab app, tap the QR icon at the bottom of your phone screen, and scan the QR code on your computer screen.
  • A test debit of €0.01 will be processed.

Instruction for Bunq:

  • A test debit of €0.01 will be processed.
  • You will receive a notification in your Bunq app to activate the authorization online within 2 business days

For Other Banks:

  • Open the attached PDF file and print the SEPA form.
  • Fill in the required details and ensure it is signed by an authorized person.
  • Send the completed and signed SEPA form to your bank.
  • You can find your bank's address details here.
  • A test debit of €0.01 will be processed.

Additional Information

Please set a direct debit limit of at least €1,000 per card. If you don't set a limit of at least €1,000, there’s a chance we won’t be able to collect the invoice.

MoveMove Test Debit
For some banks, we’ll run a test debit of €0.01. If this amount is deducted from your account, it will take about 5 more business days for the bank to process it. Once the test is successful, we’ll either send your card or begin collecting from the new IBAN.

Manage Your Package
We’ve sent you an email with your login details for the management portal. In this portal, you can easily manage your services, view invoices, request extra cards, and more.
